Travel charge:

First 50 miles free, then £2 per mile thereafter. Over 150 miles bed and breakfast accommodation must be provided or £200 contribution. The band is based in Wiltshire.

NB. The above includes a maximum of six hours time at the venue including one and half hours before the performance for setting up and getting changed and one hour afterwards for breaking down. This time can be extended for an additional fee of £100 per hour.

What do I need to provide?

We're very easily pleased and simply ask for a secure room where we can get changed and leave our valuables, and a meal and drinks for five people to be provided (we always bring our sound man and roadie, Mal). We rarely get the chance to eat before we leave and without liquid we can't sing!!

All You Need Is The Beatles also offer the opportunity for your choice of music to be played via an iPod through the band's PA before and in-between sets for no extra charge, and after the concert finishes for an additional fee of £100 per hour.

All You Need Is The Beatles provide a PAT tested PA system suitable for up to approximately 250 people and lighting.

All You Need Is The Beatles possess £10m Public Liability Insurance.

If you would like to receive a quote for your event, please email your requirements to us via the Contact page. Please tell us the date of the event, the location, the time you would like the band to arrive and the expected finish time of the performance. If you wish to proceed, subject to availability, we will send you a booking agreement. We ask for a 15% cheque deposit with the balance paid in cash on the night (prior to the performance).

Please note that All You Need Is The Beatles play loud rock music and cannot perform at venues where a sound limiter is in use. This restriction does not apply to 'Two Of Us'.
